How to give the whole organization read access to a project

Purpose

Give everyone in the organization read access to a project, without inviting each person individually.

Prerequisites

You have permission to manage access on the project.

Steps

1. Open the project, and click Manage access.
2. Turn on “Visible to all organization members”.

Result

All members of the organization get read access to the project, without individual assignments. Access is always read-only: it doesn’t replace individual “can edit” assignments, it sits underneath them as a floor.
