How to fill in missing transport in one go
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Give every building product that is missing transport (A4) a value in one action, instead of going through them one by one.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”You are on the Transport page, in the building product table. Some building products have the status Missing.
- Click Auto-fill Missing (N)… next to the search field.
- Look over the plan in the dialog: it is grouped by source, so you can see how many lines are filled from what before anything happens.
- Confirm.
For each building product the source is chosen in priority order: first another, already configured row in the project for the same building product (same owner, GUID and version), otherwise the library’s standard transport.
Result
Section titled “Result”Every building product that had a source gets transport set. Lines with no source are listed in the result afterwards and must be filled in manually, see How to enter transport for a single building product.
To fill in only some of them, tick the building products with the checkboxes on the left and use the action bar above the table (Fill from library, Copy from building product or Choose method).
