Special conditions
Special conditions calculate a permitted surplus in accordance with BR 18 (2023) and BR 18 (2025), and are only active in those two calculation modes. Opened via Special conditions in the project menu.
Groups

How to fill in a group
Section titled “How to fill in a group”Each group has a fixed reference value per m² per year and two fields: Area and Documentation (free text).
Below the fields sits Building structure: the whole building model’s tree of constructions and building products, where you mark which ones belong to the selected group.

| Name | The construction’s or building product’s name |
| Quantity | The quantity as it stands in the building model |
| Apply | The checkbox that ties the line to the selected group |
| Override | Specify a quantity other than the building model’s, if only part of the line belongs |
The unit has to match. An m²-based group can only be attached to constructions and building products measured in m². If a line is measured in another unit, its Apply checkbox is disabled, and a visible (?) icon next to the checkbox shows the explanation: “Cannot be attached, the construction is not measured in m² (the category’s unit)” for constructions, or the matching text for building products.
