How to export a project as .lcabyg.json

Purpose

Export a version in the official, versioned file format, for backup, sharing, or re-import.

Prerequisites

You have access to the version you want to export.

Steps

1. Click the export icon next to the version on General information, or use “Export project data” on the Project overview.
2. Under Format, choose LCAbyg project file (.lcabyg.json).
3. Choose the other settings, see How to choose the right export settings.
4. Click Export.

Result

A .lcabyg.json file is downloaded. It can be re-imported into LCAbyg, see How to import an LCAbyg project file.
