How to use default values for transport
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Specify transport (module A4) quickly, per building product group, without having to enter transport for every individual building product.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”You’re on the Transport page, at the top where the two settings are shown (Default values and Building product transport are two areas on the same page, not separate sub-pages).
- Find the relevant setting at the top of the page: Transport of surplus materials, packaging and similar (A4) or Terminal processes (A4).
- Switch it on or off.
Result
Section titled “Result”If a setting is switched on, its contribution is calculated automatically from a fixed formula based on reference area and duration, instead of you entering transport per building product.
Some settings are locked by the calculation mode: shown with a badge. That means the value is controlled centrally and can’t be changed here.
Materiel transport (A4) is not a setting on this page: it lives under Construction site instead, as the card “Materiel transport (A4)”.
