Project overview
The starting page for all projects you have access to. Opened via Projects in the top menu.
The project list
Section titled “The project list”| Element | Meaning |

| Card or list view | Switch between two views of the same project list |
| Search | Searches project name, owner or organization |
| Filters | Calculation mode, over limit only, building type, owner |
| Sort | Last changed, name, organization, result (CO₂), ascending/descending |
| “Show all organization projects” | Turns off the filter to only your own projects |
| Result column | Kg CO₂-eq/m²/year for each project’s active version, if calculated |
Create project
Section titled “Create project”The New project button opens a dialog with two options: Empty project or From template (only available if your organization has templates). See Create your first project.
Project fields
Section titled “Project fields”Edited via Edit project on the project’s General information page:

Versions
Section titled “Versions”See Fill in General information for details on the version list: active version, copy, rename, create empty version, and lock and archive.
Access and members
Section titled “Access and members”The Access button (only visible if you have permission to manage it) opens a dialog with:
- Visible to all organization members — gives the whole organization read access without individual assignments.
- Individual members with an access level: owner, can edit or read-only.
- Send, resend or revoke invitations — invitations are valid for 7 days.
Export project data
Section titled “Export project data”The dialog offers two formats: .lcabyg.json (the current project file format) or the older Konto format. You choose which versions to include.
