The library types: Official, Organisation and Personal, who may see and edit what
All reusable content in LCAbyg (building products and constructions) belongs to a library of one of three types. The type determines both who can see the content and who can edit it.

An official library is the shared, authority-aligned data source (for example gen_dk data),
maintained centrally. An organisation library holds the company’s own constructions and building
products, shared between colleagues. A personal library is visible only to the individual user.
See ≠ edit
Section titled “See ≠ edit”Being a member of an organisation gives read access to the organisation’s library, not write access. Only organisation owners can edit. An ordinary member who opens a building product in the organisation library therefore sees it as read-only, even though it sits in “their own” library.
Draft hides the library completely
Section titled “Draft hides the library completely”An official library that has not yet been published is invisible to everyone, see Published and draft. A user who “cannot find” an expected official library is most often experiencing exactly that, not an error.
